Refund Process
Customers must submit a refund request via email or WhatsApp with order details and clear photos/videos (if applicable).
Our team will review the request and respond within 3–5 business days.
If approved, the refund will be processed after the product is returned and inspected.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
Returned items must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit.
