Refund Process

  • If approved, the refund will be processed after the product is returned and inspected.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.

  • Returned items must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Method

  • Refund processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider or bank.

Shipping & Handling Fees

  • Shipping, handling, and customs charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
